Brian has many talents and was asked if he would like to share some background on his personal and professional history so we might all get to know him better. He has always been involved with music and studied music at Bridgewater State College.  He has enjoyed performing locally at many venues and celebrations.

Before retiring after more than fifteen years from Comcast Business Services Brian was employed as a sales coach and was very successful as a top sales performer.  Have you noticed he does his best to coach us into becoming a singing congregation!

At one time he was part of the choir at St Patrick’s Church and studied under Patricia Romeo. This is where he learned the barebones of playing for liturgical services and settings. He has always enjoyed playing for masses, weddings, funerals and life celebrations.  Later he became the music director at Riverside Congregational Church where he also served as spiritual leader and the cook for their coffee hour.  This small congregation of approximately twenty-five taught him a lot about selecting hymns that match the liturgy theme and leading a congregation in celebrating various holidays. As if that wasn’t enough to keep him busy this is where he learned to play the organ on a ninety-year-old Frazee pipe organ.

One of Brian’s dearest passions is playing choral music for church. Especially, creating a new “feeling” with the older hymns of spiritual music.
