Our Vision and Mission

Pilgrim Congregational Church is an affiliate of the United Church of Christ (UCC) denomination, and we belong to the  New Hampshire Conference. While we are part of this larger faith, we are our own local church. We believe in the one God, in Christ as his Word incarnate, and that God is still speaking.

One of the UCC’s core beliefs is “A Just World For All” and our church lives this belief through word and action, embracing diverse beliefs, abilities, and backgrounds, and in our commitment to being an Open and Affirming Church with the LGBTQ+ community. 

We believe in serving our fellow church members through fellowship, prayer, and compassion, (and food!) as well as the greater community of Nashua and the world.

Pilgrim Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, of Nashua, NH, is committed to being an Open and Affirming Congregation, and a loving and accepting Christian community.

We welcome and accept all who seek to follow Christ into our community of faith.  This extravagant welcome and acceptance extends to people of every sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, family structure, mental or physical ability, cultural or ethnic background, socio-economic status, and, all ages from birth to 100 plus.
