Music Ministry

Music is a wonderful gift of God. The Scriptures speak abundantly to the place, purpose, and power of music, both in our lives as individual believers, and in the corporate life of each local church. Godly music has often been effective in bringing the hearts of people to a tender and thoughtful responsiveness to the preaching of the Word of God. For many, music was even an element in their eventual coming to Christ in faith for salvation.

Here at Pilgrim Congregational Church UCC, we are passionate about both the traditional hymns and newer Christian-related hymns that are perfectly matched to our weekly

Holy Scripture and all Holidays that are celebrated in our calendar year.

We also invite new singers who love to sing and worship with our group.  Any level is more than appreciated and accepted.

Whether you sing with your voice or play an instrument you are welcome here.

Using our voices to glorify God and proclaim His majesty and love for all of humanity and those who are especially with us on Sunday mornings.

We aim to build a strong community of singers and guest musicians who are here to serve the needs of Pilgrim Congregational Church UCC and bring the enjoyment and talents of the parish to those whom we meet in the community.
